The steak here was seriously amazing, and the service was top-notch. Three of us got the bone-in ribeye, plus one filet mignon and one fried shrimp. Everything was fantastic, and the salad bar is huge. Don't be afraid to go medium rare on those steaks!

Te steaks were very salty and the service was not great. Also the location is odd as it is part of a hotel. The steaks were really good, however, and they had a decent salad bar. I would come again.

Ordered the 24oz porterhouse rare and it was amazing! Seasoned quite perfectly, I might add. The salad bar was quite legit also. Everything was fresh from the salad bar. They even had grilled shrimp to add to your salad! They have a decent wine list to complement the meat that will go in your mouth! Linda was our waitress, she was excellent! She hooked my friend with a birthday dessert. The restaurant is a bit dark at night. Wish they would turn the lights up a bit. They even had a guitarist to provide mood music. Nothing stinks out from my memory about the musician. A bit pricey, but I believe it is worth the money spent there for the quality of food you get in return. Highly recommend to take a date who likes steak!

Loved the ambiance. A very intimate setting. The wait staff was incredibly helpful with meal suggestions as it was my first time dining there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of those 2 for the price of 1 deals. Paid $36 for a dinner of two. I did eat filet mignon and it wasn't bad. Lots of flavor on the outside, just not much on the inside. I would eat here again for the same price. I would not pay full price.

This place is good! Great steak & frankly I don't care for steak a whole lot. Salad bar alone makes me want to go back. Only oddity is shared door/valet with Benihana; requires you to walk through the entire restaurant to get to the hostess. Its somewhat of a turn off but once seated you completely forget you are in a hotel lobby.

Service was ok. Food was good when hot! Both soups our table arrived barely warm. My salmon dinner arrived about the same temperature with the middle being cold. The other meal was hot. Asked for a different meal and took an additional 20 min. Our appetizer arrived 5 min after meals were served, but was hot. I think they need to rework their cooking schedule to have food come out hotter. I have dined at this franchise before and this has been the least enjoyable experience. I'd give them a 2 orginally, but food when hot was close to 4.

Went in for dinner tonight. Ordered the 6oz filet mignon and it was excellent. The salad bar was also very good as were the couple of mixed drinks I had. Our server Shawn was also amazing in both service and sense of humor. Very pleasantly surprised with how great everything was.

My husband, daughter, and I had dinner here recently. We went relatively early (6:15 p.m.) and when we arrived, there were multiple empty tables. (So it wasn't as if the restaurant/wait staff was swamped) We were annoyed that both when we arrived and when we left...the valet for parking was nowhere to be seen...but, that is another story. We were promptly seated and told the waiter would be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later (not my idea of shortly) our waiter appeared and asked for our drink order. We were ready to order when the drinks appeared (because we had a bad feeling about this experience early on) My husband and daughter ordered the filets, and I had the prime rib. Forty minutes later, our food arrived. We requested ketchup and steak sauce...slow in arriving. We requested water twice and finally simply got it ourselves. Although the food was decent, the service was deplorable. I commented upon leaving that service is better at every other restaurant in town. We will not return.

Was so excited to see Riverfront steakhouse serving Christmas brunch. Turns out its a disorganized disappointing mess that feels more like an afterthought than the fine dining experience the website would lead you to believe. Service is lack luster (at best). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! So very disappointed!!!!!!

Expected great things as I discovered this restaurant is equipped with Syracuse China. A great start although a basic set. An hour later we are finished, Buckhead beef supplied prime rib, fresh salad with a great assortment of compliments. Steamed asparagus tight and crisp, sautéed mushrooms and a great Philly style white chocolate strawberry cheesecake to finish. Service was prompt, courteous and well rehearsed. When drinks ran low we had 4 different servers making sure we wanted for nothing. No complaints and it's in the hotel we stayed in so we didn't even have to leave! An enjoyable evening after a long drive.

I think the Riverfront Steakhouse is one of the best kept secrets in metro Little Rock, probably because it is located inside the Wyndham hotel. Don't let that put you off - the food and service here are top notch. A meal here is rather expensive, but the meats they serve are among the best you'll find in the area. I should note that they coat their steaks heavily in a black pepper rub before grilling, and if you're not fond of that, let them know when you're ordering. My wife is fond of their salad bar and the homemade yeast rolls. I've been here many times and never had a bad meal or bad service.

Love this place been here many times and it has NEVER let me down! Like this Much better than Sonny Williams. I have only had the filet and has always been perfect. Tried the fried yes I said fried lobster once and wasn't crazy about it...I just don't think lobster should be fried but, a lot of people like it. Salad bar is def not your typical salad bar and you could def just have that as your meal. You should give this place a try if your in the area.

Best steakhouse I've eaten at in Arkansas. Shawn Blankenship is a wonderful waiter.

The food was pretty good, especially the filet. But the lobster was cold and the shrimp bisque was ok. There is a salad bar with a pretty good selection. The biggest problem with our trip here was that the service was horrible. We sat there for an hour before the waiter took our food order. He was slow at getting us more drinks and just all around slow. I was there with a group of 8 and none of us will be returning.

Great service, salad bar, and they made the pecan encrusted steak without the pecan crust. Totally took care of me.

Drinks a little weak but OMG everything else was delish!! We had reservations for two at 5PM today and were promptly seated. We didn't know this ahead of time, but Monday through Thursday from 5-6PM, the restaurant has a BOGO special on select entrees. 16 oz Prime rib, 10 oz ribeye (my husband got this), 6 oz filet mignon (which I got), and some pasta dishes that I cannot recall at the moment. Salad bar is just a $3.95 add on. Steaks were perfectly cooked, and the salad bar boasted some of the freshest greens I've had in a while. Note that onions were not part of the spread (I love onions so they were dearly missed!) Service was A-1, although I didn't get our server's name...maybe James? I had a Hawaiiantini and a margarita on the rocks...don't get the Hawaiiantini unless you like orange-pineapple flavor, and the margarita was pretty flavorless. This was our best dining experience so far. We would definitely return!!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Little Rock. They have one of the best steaks that I have tried in my life. Tonight I tried medium-cooked fillet mignon, it was so great. Outside is crispy but inside is so juicy and tender. I love the way that they have freely accessible salad bar. Vegetables are fresh and salads are very tasty! It costs 30 dollars for 8 oz fillet mignon plus free access of salad bar, so I don't think it is over-priced. The price is quite reasonable considering excellent quality of food, clean and pleasant dining environment and good service. The lady who helped us tonight (her name is Robin) was simply amazing. I will definitely come back and tell all my friends to try this place out!!!

Dined 8/28 with a business associate. We arrived for dinner before 6 and were greeted in a very friendly and good spirited manner. We were seated quickly, but the story of the evening was the service. It was slow and fairly inattentive. The salad bar was next up. No complaints there. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, but an earlier diner had dropped croutons in at least two of the dressings and no one came along for a while to clean it up. I would have preferred to have been offered a salad prepared in the kitchen. I've dined in several upscale streak houses, and the salads come freshly prepared from the staff. This reminds me of a Bonanza or Sizzler...or Pizza Hut for that matter. I ordered the fried oysters which mostly consisted of a thick crust. The volume looked good in the serving dish, but the oysters were very small. I would have preferred a much lighter batter on the same portions. The steaks arrived. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare which was delivered on a very hot plate, and the steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My associate ordered a filet cooked medium which was served well done, not a sliver of pink anywhere, but he declined to send it back given the fact that it was tender and well seasoned...and considering the lack of urgency on behalf of our waiter. I ordered the steak with steamed vegetables and was surprised to find onions and celery among the broccoli and carrots. They do not provide a good texture when steamed, and celery is just puzzling. Caulifower would have been a better selection. We had two late arrivals join us after our entrees were served and they placed an order for drinks and an appetizer. Those were served with little delay, but no utinsils were offered and they also had to ask for napkins. My plate continued to sit empty in front of me after I was finished despite a number of passes by several of the staff. Our waiter finally took away when I picked it up and handed it to him. Our checks were brought and after correcting a minor error, we paid and left. During our experience, we listened to a waiter at the next table deliver great information to the customers, ask if they had dined there previously, if there was an occasion that they were celebrating, etc. We joked that we would liked to have traded waiters. We overheard him say he had been on staff for 10 years, and he sounded like a real pro. Final impressions: you go to a steak place for a great steak, and that was delivered, however if you're going to loudly proclaim to the state and world that you have "the best steaks in town", you should be ready to deliver an unforgettable experience in all aspects of dining. Train and closely supervise your waitstaff until they have demonstrated unparalleled commitment to service, and get rid of the salad bar.

The service was excellent and the food was great. A little tricky on the Whole30 but they were super accommodating. Great experience.

Yum yum yum. I was skeptical when I checked in at the hotel and they said their steakhouse was one of the best in Arkansas. It was quite delicious though. It is upscale casual- no peanuts on the floor but you can go as you are and they have an actual salad bar and takeout boxes. Service was a little slow but there was live music to keep us entertained.
